I have my Insignia 2.0 cdti sports tourer 2016. This model is just before june 2016 and thus android auto feature is not integrated into the system. When I checked with Opel service, they ask me to pay around 200 euro for the update. The user manual says the cars purchased after 2016 june have android auto in them. I want to know if there are ways to update the software myself without the tmcpro and other paid license features? Also I could not find any locked/hidden features in my system as shown by youtube channels. I only need to have android auto in my car and other new features that comes free of cost.
